Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted shelled pistachios
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Blanch the pistachios by boiling them for 2–3 minutes, then draining and peeling off the skins.
  • In a food processor, blend the pistachios until finely ground.
  • Add sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the processor and blend until combined.
  • Gradually add the heavy cream and butter, blending until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the pistachio cream to a jar or container. Allow it to cool if it has warmed during blending.
